SUMMER DAY PROGRAM payment options
Maryland STEM Program only accepts payments via Check, Credit Card, and Money Order. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Maryland STEM Program and the student's name must appear anywhere on the left side of the check/money order! All credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee as seen below!

The registration fee reserves the student's space in the program.
Registration Fee $125 - The registration fee covers the student's application fee, STEM T-Shirt and supplies for the program.
Full Tuition Payment Option
Save $15 per week with the purchase of 8 weeks or more
The full summer tuition (in accordance with the options below) is due no later than April 15, 2020.
8 WEEKS -$1080
9 WEEKS- $1215
Two Partial Tuition Payments Option
Save $10 per week with the purchase of 6 weeks or more
The 1st tuition payment is due no later than April 15, 2020 & the 2nd tuition payment is due no later than June 2, 2020 (in accordance with the options below).
6 WEEKS -$420 (partial payment)
7 WEEKS-$490 (partial payment)
8 WEEKS-$560 (partial payment)
9 WEEKS-$630 (partial payment)
Weekly Tuition Payments
Tuition is due every Friday in accordance with the contract at a rate of $150 per week.
TERMS OF SERVICE
In order to reserve a space in the program, you must sign a contract and pay the registration fee.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Tuition and field trip fees are refundable at 100% prior to April 1, 2020.
Tuition and field trip fees are refundable at 50% between April 1, 2020 and April 15, 2020.
There are no refunds for tuition payments nor field trips after April 15, 2020 regardless of attendance.
Program weeks and field trips can't be changed after April 15, 2020 for any reason.
There will be no credits issued or special arrangements made due to illness, absence, nor dismissal due to inappropriate behavior in a school-like setting.
All requests for refunds, within the applicable refund period, must be made via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Email time/date stamps will be used to determine the refund level.
Payments made for a student will not be credited for another student regardless of the relationship.
Termination of a contract or refunds will not be honored due to nonpayment by a client’s flexible spending account or any reimbursements by a third party.
Maryland STEM Program will not provide any documentation for the verification of payments except a duplicate receipt generated by PayPal, our payment processor.
